Terms of Service

Version beta-3 · updated 23 September 2026

PrivacyTermsCopyright

These terms are the agreement between you and Suonable. The parts that matter most: you are responsible for the music you upload, Suonable is a tool you operate rather than a catalogue we supply, and what you make with it is for your own use.

What Suonable is

Suonable is operated and provided by Viacolectiva S.R.L., a company incorporated under the laws of Peru, with its registered address at Av. San Luis 2754, San Borja, Lima (RUC 20606672081). You can reach us at legal@suonable.com.

Suonable is a tool. You give it an audio file you already have, it separates that file into individual instrument tracks, and it stores the result in your private account so you can rehearse and perform with it.

Suonable does not supply music. There is no catalogue, no library of songs to browse, and nothing to stream. Every file in your account got there because you put it there.

What you promise about what you upload

You confirm that for every file you upload you hold the necessary rights, or you have permission from whoever does, or the law where you are allows what you are doing.

You confirm you are not uploading anything you obtained unlawfully, including files taken from streaming services.

You are solely responsible for your uploads and for what you do with the tracks Suonable produces from them. We have no way to know what rights you hold in a file, and we do not check.

If you are not sure whether you may upload something, do not upload it.

What you may do with the tracks

The separated tracks are for your own use: learning your part, rehearsing, and performing.

You may not redistribute, publish, sell, stream, or make the tracks publicly available.

You may not use them to create or train AI or machine-learning models.

You may not use Suonable to process files on somebody else's behalf as a service, or in bulk as a commercial operation.

Suonable grants you no rights over the songs themselves. Playing them in public needs a licence from the society that collects for those works where you are, and that is yours to hold.

You cover us if your upload causes a claim

If somebody brings a claim against Suonable because you broke these terms — a file you had no right to upload, or what you did with the tracks made from it — you will cover the resulting costs, damages and legal fees, to the extent the law allows. We will tell you about the claim without delay, and we may run our own defence.

This is the ordinary consequence of the previous sections: you decide what enters your account, so you carry what follows from that decision.

Copyright complaints

If a rightsholder tells us in good faith that content in an account infringes their rights, we will restrict access to that content. See the Copyright Policy for how to send a notice and how to contest one.

We will close the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe.

We do not scan or fingerprint your audio, and we do not monitor accounts looking for infringement. We act on notices.

Your account

You must be 16 or older to use Suonable. If you are younger, the account has to be opened and held by a parent or guardian.

One account per person. Keep your password to yourself; anything done with your account is treated as done by you.

You must give a working email address, because that is how we confirm the account and how we would reach you about a complaint.

You can delete your account, and everything in it, at any time from inside the app.

We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, that is used to infringe repeatedly, or that is used to attack the service.

Beta

Suonable is in open beta and free to use. There is no guarantee that it works, that it stays available, that separation quality suits your purpose, or that your files survive a fault — keep your own copies of anything you care about.

Features and limits will change. Prices do not exist yet; if they arrive, they will not apply to anything you already have without telling you first.

Limits of our liability

The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost recordings, lost time, or lost income.

Nothing here removes rights you have as a consumer under the law of the country you live in, and nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Law and language

These terms are governed by Peruvian law, and the courts of Lima, Peru have jurisdiction, without depriving you of the protection of the consumer law of your own country of residence.

The English text is the reference version. For consumers in Peru the Spanish text prevails, and wherever consumer law requires your own language, that version prevails.

Changes

We record which version of these terms you accepted, and when. If we change them in a way that affects what you agreed to, we will ask you to accept the new version rather than assume you did.
